Our Commitment to Quality

At ARCÉVE, we are committed to exceptional quality and timeless design. We are confident that your purchase will meet and exceed your expectations. However, should your order not be entirely to your satisfaction, we have designed a straightforward and transparent return process.

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition. All original packaging, hangtags, and any included accessories must be intact and returned with the item.

Please inspect your garment upon arrival. Once the hangtag is removed, the item is considered accepted and can no longer be returned.

We are unable to accept returns for items that show signs of use, have strong odors (such as perfume or smoke), or do not comply with the conditions outlined above. Items marked as ‘Final Sale’ are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

Returning an item is a simple, three-step process:

1. Request Your Return: Please send an email to info@arceve-co.com to initiate your return. Include your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

2. Prepare Your Package: Carefully package the item in its original box, including the packing slip.

3. Ship Your Return:

For EU Customers: We will provide you with a return label and instructions via our return portal.
For Customers Outside the EU: You may ship the package using a carrier of your choice. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.

Refunds & Processing

Once we receive your return, our team will conduct a quality control inspection, which may take up to 5 business days.

Upon approval, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that your financial institution may require additional time to post the transaction to your account. We commit to processing all eligible refunds within the 14-day period as required by EU law.

Damages or Issues

Your satisfaction is our priority. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you discover any defects, damage, or if you have received an incorrect item, contact us without delay. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges

To ensure the fastest service, we recommend initiating a return for the original item and placing a new, separate order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

In accordance with EU regulations, customers within the European Union have the right to cancel and return their order within 14 days for any reason. This is in addition to our standard return policy.
