The insulation is comprised of 100% premium duck down, a natural material renowned for its exceptional warmth-to-weight ratio and ability to create loft, trapping air for superior thermal performance.Down insulation is a delicate, natural material. Over time and with compression, the down clusters may temporarily lose some of their loft. To restore the jacket's puffiness, you can gently shake it out and hang it in a dry, airy space. Avoid storing the jacket compressed for long periods, as this can impact the down's natural ability to insulate effectively.We recommend dry clean only for this garment. The delicate structure of duck down can be irreversibly damaged by the agitation and detergents of a home washing machine, causing it to clump and lose its insulating power. Furthermore, professional cleaning ensures the technical properties and finish of the nylon shell are preserved, maintaining the jacket's shape, performance, and longevity.
